• Internal type used on coil springs that can be reached through the center of coil.
• Heat treated, black oxide finished steel construction.
• Heat treated chrome-molybdenium steel hooks.
• Smooth threading action for safe, quick compression.
• Precision machined steel bolts.
  
• Use any 7/8" hand socket, impact socket, or wrench.
• Remove coil springs to replace or repair shock absorbers, spring set struts, etc..
• Permits quick and safe removal or installation of springs.
  

How To Use:

• Remove strut  from inside of spring.
• Thread arms on spring compressor to opposite ends of shaft to accomodate full length of spring.
• Fold arms against threaded shaft of spring. Spread arms so hooks engage top and bottom rungs of spring. Be sure hooks are securely engaged.
• Turn nut applying compression to spring. Tighten until spring is free of spring seats. Generally not more than 3" required.
• Spring can now be removed.
• Caution: Compressed springs are under tension, always maintain firm footing on level ground.
